3 days in Kutch
Three days is enough for a first picture of Kutch if you stay with nearby places. The order below is a suggestion. Swap the days if your flight lands late or you want Mandvi first.
Recommended
Day A — Great Rann, villages & culture
Nirona, Hodka, Bhirandiyara, White Rann at Dhordo. Full cluster
Day B — Bhuj heritage & handicrafts
Palaces, Smrutivan, museum, lake, Bhujodi or Ajrakhpur. Full cluster
Day C — Mandvi beach & royal Kutch
Beach, palace, shipyard, old town. Add 72 Jinalaya if you are Jain. Full cluster
Alternative
If archaeology matters more than the coast: Rann & villages, then a dedicated Dholavira day, then either Bhuj or the western road trip — not both. Do not add Mandvi on the Dholavira date.
