5 days in Kutch
Five days is when Kutch opens past the postcard. Keep the first-visit triangle, then add one long dedicated day and one scenic or nature day. Do not spend the extra time stuffing more pins into the Rann afternoon.
A balanced five
- Great Rann, villages & culture
- Bhuj heritage & handicrafts
- Mandvi beach & royal Kutch
- Choose one dedicated day: Dholavira or western Kutch
- Choose one lighter or scenic day: Kala Dungar & Road to Heaven or, in winter, Chhari-Dhandh & Banni
If history is the point
Put Dholavira on day 2 or 3 so you are not exhausted on arrival night. Do not follow it immediately with the western loop unless you like two dawn starts in a row. A Bhuj or Mandvi day between long drives is kinder.
